Yes, approximate calorie ranges ensure that all plans meet nutritional goals. Nuthera offers two variations for each plan: Regular Size and Plus Size. The calorie breakdowns are as follows:

2-Meal Plan:

Regular (Reg): Approx. 1,200–1,400 kcal/day.

Plus (Plus): Approx. 1,500–1,700 kcal/day.

3-Meal Plan:

Regular (Reg): Approx. 1,500–1,700 kcal/day.

Plus (Plus): Approx. 1,800–2,000 kcal/day.
