I have dietary restrictions! Do you customize meals?

While we don’t offer customization, we do provide an extensive range of dishes featuring diverse flavors, cuisines, and dietary preferences, ensuring there’s always something to suit your taste and needs.

What is the delivery fee, and how can I qualify for free delivery? 

FREE Delivery: For orders of PHP 2,500 and above in Metro Manila and select areas like Cainta Rizal and Lower Antipolo.

For orders below PHP 2,500:

  •  Makati / Pasig / Pateros: PHP 130.00

  •  Mandaluyong: PHP 95.00

  •  Manila / Taguig: PHP 165.00

  •  Las Piñas / Malabon / Muntinlupa / Navotas / Valenzuela: PHP 215.00

  •  Pasay: PHP 150.00

  •  San Juan: PHP 110.00

  •  Caloocan / Parañaque / Quezon City: PHP 200.00

  •  Antipolo / Marikina (orders below PHP 2,000): PHP 190.00


For areas outside Metro Manila:
We deliver to nearby provinces like Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal. Delivery fees will be computed at checkout. Our customer service team will contact you for the additional shipping fees.

When will my order arrive?

Orders within Metro Manila will arrive between 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, based on your delivery schedule. Need a specific time? Let us know, and we’ll arrange it for you (additional fees may apply).

** If you order a Nuthera meal plan and no delivery fee is selected at checkout, we’ll deliver your order alongside your first Nuthera meal plan schedule.
