Healthy meals without compromising the taste. I was hesitant at first but really wanted to get into the right diet so i ordered just to try. To my surprise the meals are tasty, the main ingredients i was expecting are there, plus more that made the meals delicious and are still within my diet requirements. I ordered to try 5-day Heart-Healthy Meal Plan for my Mom, hoping it could help lower her blood pressure (with her medication). 5 days from using it, her blood pressure was controlled.
